  • San Vito Lo Capo will return to being the most colorful beach in Italy, dal 22 al 26 maggio, with the 15th edition of the International Kite Festival. An atmosphere of joy and creativity will fill, for seven days, the streets of the seaside village and will involve adults and children with its messages of peace, freedom and eco-sustainability. In addition to workshops for children, tasting sessions are also planned, entertainment and shows. Every day you can admire fantastic installations that move with the wind while the kids can have fun with group games or dedicate themselves to creating cute kites, living the values ​​of friendship and tolerance.

    The beach of San Vito Lo Capo will become a true open-air "kite museum"..

    A moment of healthy fun for the little ones, but also relaxation for adults who will be able to enjoy the wonderful beach of San Vito Lo Capo immersed in spring colours, its crystal clear sea and its cuisine with unmistakable flavours.

    Stunt kites begin their flight in the morning and leave room for night flights in the evening, particularly evocative, with their play of lights and sounds.

San Vito Lo Capo will return to host chefs from all over the world, guests and artists for ten days of events, cooking challenges, tastings and cultural meetings. Central moments of the event will always be the Couscous championships which compare Italian and international chefs. While waiting for the new program, we will see who will guide the selections of the participating chefs and the juries of experts who will taste the dishes competing in San Vito Lo Capo to elect the winners.

San Vito Lo Capo will therefore be, Once again, the perfect location for the most loved gastronomic competition in Italy.

The Feast of the patron saint of San Vito Lo Capo is characterized by a particular devotion of all the navy of the town towards San Vito Martire.
Il 15 June is a big celebration for the whole category and the boats are all anchored in the port. The celebrations begin in the afternoon with the picturesque and fun game of’ antenna a mare, an ancient game, a real attraction for tourists.

Immediately after the Cous Cous Fest, the 10th edition of TempuRiCapuna, the food and wine event dedicated to Lampuga or more commonly known as Capone fish which is caught in large quantities in the waters near San Vito Lo Capo from September to November.

Like all blue fish, the gurnard boasts notable nutritional and nutritional qualities, from “poor fish”, it has become a very popular fish due to its delicate taste and the variety of recipes in which it can be enjoyed.
